I cannot say enough good things about Serafin and his crew. The amount of transparency and honesty with his clear communication - I cannot recommend him and his team enough.
I'm honestly surprised at how few reviews ST concrete has considering how great experience was.
I had several other quotes with competitive pricing and Serafin by and far stood out above the rest with his attention to detail and authentic honesty. He really knows his stuff.

I'm incredibly glad we ended up going with him. We had a partial driveway redone with concrete and Serafin was the only contractor that spent time focusing on addressing the problem and not just upselling to a larger job.

Serafin and crew are amazing! I had an ADU that needed surrounding concrete and Serafin walked me through the whole process with honesty and my best interest. I had a quote within minutes of the consultation and even after multiple change orders on my end, the results were more than I expected. We ended up hiring them for another project that included pavers and was extremely happy with the job as well. Working with Serafin and the ST Concrete crew has been a pleasure and I couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism.

Serafin and his crew is amazing. They worked with us for our new house construction. From demolition, to building the foundation, driveway, landscaping. He did all of this for us.
